Pura Vida Cafe opened its doors on Adams Street with a simple conviction: that great coffee doesn't need a crowded room or a long wait. It needs care — in the bean selection, the grind, the pour, and the pour-over timing.
We source single-origin beans from farms that practice sustainable cultivation, and we roast in small batches to preserve each origin's distinct character. Our espresso is pulled slowly, our milk is steamed to texture, and our pastries arrive fresh each morning from local bakers.
